Delivering a hot tub takes more than booking a transport slot. We check availability, site access, clearances and exact placement so your hot tub arrives safely and on schedule.
Stock products can typically be delivered within our core area — approximately 4 hours driving from Venlo — within 14 days.
For greater distances, non-stock models or specific on-site requirements, we agree delivery, date and placement with you individually before purchase.

Delivery & placement
Your spa is delivered safely and placed at the agreed position following prior coordination.
To ensure your hot tub is installed reliably and safely, we check the location, foundation, power connection and access in advance. This way, on installation day it is clear what needs to be prepared and how the placement will proceed.
Your hot tub needs a level, load-bearing surface — for example a concrete slab or equivalent foundation. We advise you in advance on what to look for at your location.
Depending on the model, a separate 32 A three-phase connection or a 16 A single-phase connection is required. The exact requirements are agreed before installation.
We check access road, doorways, garden path and the installation site. In tight or difficult-to-access situations a crane or forklift may be required.
After placement we assist with the basic commissioning and explain the key points on usage, water care and safe operation.

Warranty scope explained transparently
Warranty requires proper use, care and winterisation of the hot tub. The use of chlorine tablets or chlorine blocks in Earth Spas models is strictly prohibited and voids the warranty.
Damage caused by frost, winter damage and damage through improper or unreasonable use is not covered by the warranty. A comprehensive and binding description of the warranty terms, care guidelines and exclusions can be found in our general terms and conditions.
To keep your hot tub running reliably and to comply with the warranty conditions, an annual service is required. Annual maintenance is carried out by us; the customer must actively schedule the maintenance date with us each year.
